On take-off from Miami Airport to Nicaragua, we heard and felt something that wasn’t quite right, but what could possibly happen?  We were on a mission trip!  God doesn’t let bad things happen to people who are serving Him, right?  About 30 minutes into the flight, we heard the pilot announce that he was concerned about the condition of the plane and wanted to turn back and land in Miami just to make certain everything was okay, but first we would need to fly around for about 30 minutes in order to burn off fuel.  We landed in Miami and the pilot confirmed that some luggage had broken loose at take off and apparently tumbled to the back end.  We later determined it had to be Lydia’s suitcase that caused the ruckus when we found her beautiful zebra striped suitcase strap completely torn off and ripped to shreds!
